A defined project — research, marketing, or AI implementation — for a company that needs it done. Paid, with scope and deliverable agreed up front. You work directly with the employer; we stand behind you with a network of support.
What you get
Payment. This is work, not exposure.
Proof. A completed project for a real company is the strongest signal there is.
A reference that means something. An employer who paid for your work and would do it again beats any recommendation letter.
Who should apply
You’re 16–22 and you’ve built, written, researched, or shipped something real — whether or not anyone told you to. No prestigious school, polished résumé, or connections required. Just evidence of what you can do.
How it works

- Do I need to be in college?
- No. Fellows are 16–22 — in high school, in college, or in neither.
- How much time does a Fellowship take?
- Projects are scoped to fit alongside school — typically 5–10 hours a week for a few weeks during school, or full time during breaks.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. You get paid for your work. Future Fellows earns a fee from the company, depending on the work done.
