For employers

Build your next-generation talent today.

Fellows get work done, provide leadership opportunities for new teams and managers, and add new skills to your organization. A good deal, not a good deed.

The pitch

There is a pool of 16–22 year-olds who can genuinely do the work — research briefs, competitive analyses, content execution, AI workflow builds — and who are invisible to every hiring channel you use. We find them, vet them, and match them to a project you need done. If the work isn’t good, you don’t come back; we know that, and it disciplines everything we do.

How an engagement works

  1. ScopeWe define the project with you: deliverable and timeline. Thirty minutes of your time.
  2. MatchWe select a vetted Fellow whose demonstrated work fits — and show you why. You make the decision to extend an offer or not.
  3. DeliverThe Fellow does the work with a clear check-in structure. Future Fellows stays engaged for quality and accountability.
  4. DecideKeep the deliverable, run another project, or recruit the Fellow directly. The pipeline is yours.

What we take on

Research. Market maps, competitive analyses, literature reviews, diligence support, data synthesis.

Marketing. Content production, audience research, campaign execution, community operations — especially for products targeting young consumers.

AI implementation. Workflow automation, prompt and agent design, internal tool prototypes.

What does a project cost?
Scoped with you at the start, based on the work.
Who employs the Fellow?
We are flexible. Engagements can run through Future Fellows — one agreement, no hiring paperwork on your side — or you can manage the Fellow directly.
What if the work isn’t good?
Tell us. We make it right — our model only works if you come back.
