For employers

Get an AI project done without becoming an AI expert first.

We scope it with you. A vetted young builder delivers it.

Work delivered

Our first Fellows are Builders — they work fluently with LLMs and agents, and ship internal tools, workflow automations, and custom agents. Future Fellows operates more like a consulting practice than an internship — you scope a specific deliverable in advance and we find the best talent to complete that work.

How an engagement works

  1. ScopeWe define the project with you: deliverable and timeline. Thirty minutes of your time.
  2. MatchWe select a vetted Fellow whose demonstrated work fits — and show you why. You make the decision to extend an offer or not.
  3. DeliverThe Fellow does the work with a clear check-in structure. Future Fellows stays engaged for quality and accountability.
  4. DecideKeep the deliverable, run another project, or recruit the Fellow directly. The pipeline is yours.

Types of Fellows

Builders

These young people have extensive experience with AI. They have built custom agents and can partner with you on workflow automation, prompt and agent design, and building new internal tools with AI. If you are just starting to explore AI, or are already on your way, an engagement with an AI-native Builder can accelerate your internal learning.

Researchers

Researchers are screened for strong analytics, creative problem solving, and experience using new tools like LLMs to enhance their analytical capabilities. Outputs are typically words and presentations — market maps, competitive analyses, literature reviews, diligence support, data synthesis — not technical products. Consider a Researcher to advance a new project, add capacity to a current team, or bring a new perspective to your organization.

Artists

Artists also make things, but with a different perspective, toolset, and output. They help design and redesign websites, presentations, and customer interactions. While Artist Fellows can be self-taught, we look for candidates who are up to date on the latest software tools across design and AI. Consider Artists for projects to test assumptions and present innovative alternatives for products, positioning, and branding. Outputs here include customer-facing products, content, and campaign execution — especially for products targeting young consumers.

What does a project cost?
Scoped with you at the start, based on the work.
Who employs the Fellow?
We are flexible. Engagements can run through Future Fellows — one agreement, no hiring paperwork on your side — or you can manage the Fellow directly.
Do we select the Fellow?
Yes. All Fellows must meet our high standards. We screen each candidate with a technical test (StackUp) followed by an interview with our team.
Once we’ve scoped a project with you, we’ll send you two or three candidates. You choose whom you’d like to meet and, ultimately, whom you’d like to work with.
